Don't Waste Your Money On Expedited Shipping

Why would you offer quicker shipping options if it's not going to happen. It's setting up the customer for disappointment. I've got a SUP trip I wanted to test it out on and I chose the expedited shipping option. I appreciate the refund of the shipping but it does me no good. Because I won't be able to test it out. And customer service never got back to me.

Hi Sharon! As mentioned on the website we reserve 2-3 days to fullfill orders as we process, sew, and put orders together. As a small business we are unable to have the same day turnarounds like bigger corporations like Amazon. If we receive a heads up from customers we do our best to accomadate a faster turnaround. We replied the same day and even refunded your shipping cost to attempt to make things right, our apologies for not hitting the mark!

Everything I hoped they would be

These straps are everything we hoped for and more! At any given time to we have anywhere from 3 to 12 boards on the lake. These straps allow us to create a floating family island. Works amazing for young kids who are on their own boards, takes the stress away from them paddling or the wind pushing them. The straps can be used in multiple ways. The customer service from nozou is amazing they stand behind their products and we’re really easy to work with. These straps made great gifts for anyone with a board.
