HOW DO I INSTALL MY NOZOU STRAP?

 

NOZOU WARRANTY

Nozou provides Limited Lifetime Warranty for Materials & Workmanship. We stand behind the high quality standards of our products. Warranty will cover flaws in material and workmanship that occur during normal use.  If our product breaks due to workmanship defects, we will replace the product and if applicable provide you with an in-store credit for the value of the product. However, negligence and misuses are not covered under our limited lifetime guarantee program. Cosmetic damages due to normal wear and tear does not impact the functionality of the product and is not covered under our warranty. Do not get rid of any piece of material that fails, costumer service will need to see the product to determine warranty eligibility. We reserve the right to limit the number of free replacements when there is excessive use or abuse of our guarantee. Contact us at contact@nozou.com to initiate a warranty issue. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A SET?

A strap set comes with one Shoulder Carry Strap and two connection straps. With one set you will be able to carry your paddleboard as well as use the connection straps to connect to another paddleboard using Nozou Straps!

WILL STRAPS SLOW ME DOWN?

Yes there is drag created from the straps that will slow you down. Our style of paddleboarding is intended for those wanting to connect and relax with speed not being at the forefront.

HOW MANY CONNECTION STRAPS DO I NEED TO CONNECT PADDLEBOARDS?

One connection strap per paddleboard is more than capable of keeping you side-by-side. We prefer using One complete set (two connection straps + shoulder strap) per paddleboard as this allows us to use the straps to carry our paddleboards and keep us tight on the water when having picnics on the middle of the lake or letting our dog walk between paddleboards

I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?

No worries! If you haven't already, make sure to check our SIZING GUIDE to walk you through what size fits best for your paddleboard. We accept exchanges within the USA, as long as the item is still new, in unused condition, with original packaging. Please contact our team at contact@nozou.com to initiate an exchange. After an exchange is started, please place an order for the new item. Your new item will be shipped and as soon as we receive the return you will receive a refund, minus shipping charges.

A BUCKLE BROKE, WHATS MY NEXT STEP?

A buckle may break due to a manufacturer defect, excessive force, or wear and tear.  With this in mind we created our straps with the ability to easily replace buckles! If a buckle happens to break, send us a message with a picture and order number and we'll send a replacement, no questions asked.
** We have replaced the old style buckle for a more reliable and stronger version. All new straps will come with the new buckle. Please reach out to our team if you need to upgrade or are looking to use the older version.

DO I LEAVE THE STRAPS ON WHILE PADDLEBOARDING?

Straps are designed to withstand the elements and can be left on while you paddleboard. Some prefer to strap them on before hitting the water to connect accessories to the D-rings while others like to put them on when they are ready to connect to another paddleboard.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES?

Look no further if you are wanting a paddleboard strap for your small or giant paddleboard! We have made custom straps for customers to use on their Isle Megaladon paddleboard. During checkout select custom size and we will reach out to you for your paddleboard specification. Typically takes around a week to custom make and ship out.
