PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Processing Times:
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order same day or the following business day.
Shipping Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm. Orders placed after 2:30 pm PST will not ship until the following business day.
Shipping Policy
Orders for in stock items placed before 1:30 pm MST, will usually ship the same business day. Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped. The entire order will be shipped together, when possible.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Estimated Delivery Times
Nozou utilizes UPS and USPS as its carriers for the continental USA. Most items have shipping times of 1-2 business days for domestic shipments.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will be receiving an order confirmation and order tracking number. We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Order Cancellations
You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email contact@nozou.com All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nozou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Nozou is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
Nozou currently ships internationally. Shipments vary from 6-14 business days. Customs fees will be calculated and shown during checkout. Please reach out to contact@nozou.com if you have any questions.
RETURNS POLICY
Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. There is no refund on original shipping and handling charges. Returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a refund. This means all parts and hanger tags attached are present, the item is unused, and the item has all the original packaging.
Exchanges or returns may be charged additional shipping & handling for items that were not defective, or damaged during transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

- Custom Orders
International Refunds & ExchangesInternational customers, due to challenging logistic issues with shipment times and shipping/custom fees, refunds are dealt separately than domestic shipments. For returns and exchanges, shipping and duty fees will be paid by the customer. If it is result of an error by Nozou, we will more than gladly accept and process the return. Please contact our team for specific details pertaining to international refunds & exchanges.

Custom orders and/or special items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.All sales are FINAL on: clearance, blowout sale, Giftcards, special deals, or any items categorized under these descriptions. Please reach out to contact@nozou.com for details.
Ship the items back to us within seven (7) days of receiving your label
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.
If the return is the result of an error by Nozou, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
